step one: wash and dry area of use
First things first, make sure that the intended area of use is washed and dried completely before application.
step two: apply pea-sized amount
Next, you are going to take a pea-sized amount of the don’t sweat it lotion and massage thoroughly into skin until dry, about 15 to 20 seconds.
step three: for best results
Apply twice during the day and once each night for at least four weeks. We recommend applying our lotion at night, as your sweat glands tend to be less active and will make it easier for the lotion to absorb into the skin.
